Natural Sleeping Pill
Am not used to sleeping early for several years now. I find it good at times when i have so many things to do online. But bad at times when i do really want to sleep early. So in times when i can’t sleep right away, I find reading as my natural sleeping pill. Have you tried it? When you have tried drinking warm milk, taking warm shower, watched a boring movie and yet, you can’t still sleep? Well, try reading. I have used that all these years. Whatever book i hold on, after ten or 15 minutes reading, i fall asleep especially when am laying down reading.
On the other hand exercise is also the best way to lose weight. Coupled with diet it’s the natural way to shed off that excess pounds. There are many forms of exercise and sports is one of them. Golf i categorized as one of a challenging sports. I haven’t tried it myself but another friend does. She purchased her first golf clubs after saving for a year of tryout in the golf fields. She said it is her kind of exercise and sports.
