The weather has been favorable these past days that we are now back to using the fan.  AT times it is ok but at times i still wishfor the cooler one.  Right now it is kind of hot so am wishing to have some milkshake or sundae.

At times i can’t help to eat what i crave for and it’s a bad thing for me but good news because they have now CLA diet pills that will help me solve this weight losing problem.  Yeah pills and exercise must always go together for everyone.

I went on a quick trip this week-end.  Just came back last night.  Though the travel is a bit tiring but there were views that gave me a sense of hope.  As i mentioned in my other blog, i am not really feeling well inside – so this trip gave me the chance to see old friends, new friends, and very beautiful views.

I thought i would see a lot of steel buildings during this trip because our destination was a progressive city. But i guess maybe next time we are going there vacant lots will be filled with big steel buildings.

Now am going to share with everyone what made me inspired during the trip –

At times we just need some views like this to rekindle the tired spirit in us.  I was glad to go with the trip.
