Breakfast: the most important meal
According to research in the US, eating breakfast is the secret to staying healthy. They believe that skipping the first meal of the days inceases the chances of becoming obese, developing diabetes, or even heartburn.
So let’s not miss breafast. Make breakfast a habit. And remember – coffee only is not breakfast.

I suffered from fatigue some years back. One of the first changes I made was to eat a healthy breakfast. Before then I started everyday with coffee and maybe something to eat, maybe.
Adding breakfast gave me an IMMEDIATE energy boost which helped me take on the other lifestyle changes and modifications that lay ahead … it still does!

i never skip breakfast! that’s my heaviest meal for the day.. then pa-light na ng pa-light until dinner.
