		<description>I suffered from fatigue some years back. One of the first changes I made was to eat a healthy breakfast. Before then I started everyday with coffee and maybe something to eat, maybe.

Adding breakfast gave me an IMMEDIATE energy boost which helped me take on the other lifestyle changes and modifications that lay ahead ... it still does!
