Full Week-end

Yes i had a full week-end.  Not just a week-end full of activities but also full tummy. lol!  Yesterday, i helped served our visitors so i had the chance to eat tons of fruits like durian, mango, marang, watermelon, oranges, pineapple,  and bananas.  I  just love fruits that i wish they are so affordable.

This evening, i was also full.  Though i was hungry at lunch because i there was no more time to eat – i went hungry all afternoon.  But this evening – i feasted on some beefstake, fish fillet, chop suey, buko salad, and a lil serving of spaghetti and also cake.

Burp…am really full now. :)

Moving Help

Mahy of us around this area (hospital area) wanted to move toward our dream homes.  All of us here are just renting our place, an amount that is enough for a monthly payment if incase we will be approved of a housing loan.  For me, though i wanted to but it is not the high time yet.  But 3 of my friendsare moving this coming mid-year to the same area so i think moving trucks will be a big help to them. My cousin who has used their services can really recommend it.  They had good services when they from one state to another state.

Dress Code

In every event or occassion, everyone must follow a dress code.  It does not just mean that you can wear anything comfortable to you in any programs because there are different types of programs.  Some are very formal, some semi-formal, and others just a mere socialization.  So anyone must know the perfect wear for a particular gathering.  A tuxedo is great for weddings but of course it’s not the right attire for a graduation program. Shorts and sleeveless are great for summer party but not to a formal program like commencement or weddings.  I love casual attires but there are just some occassions that really calls for formal attire and am also ready for it anytime.

What type of clothes you love to wear daily?

Are you Bipolar?

If you are then this post might be a help to you.  Since you cannot treat bipolar disorder on your own, there are some things you can do:

1.  Take presecribed medications.  Even if you are feeling well, take your medications.  If you stop it, it may trigger a new episode.

2.  Pay attention to warning signs.  Call your doctor if you think you’re about to have an episode.  Have family and friends look for signs.

3.  Avoid recreational drugs and alcohol.  Both can trigger episodes and should be avoided.

4.  Check with your doctor before taking other drugs or herbs.  Sometimes other medications can trigger episodes or may interact with drugs you are taking for the illness.
