Soy Foods

I read today that instead of fattier animal proteins (such as beef), eat more soy foods because research suggests that tofu and other soy foods. By patronizing the soy products it may reduce the risk of heart disease, certain cancers, and osteoporosis, as well as reduce menopausal symptoms.
I love tofu and just that. Maybe i should love eating other soy products in the coming days.
