Soy Foods

I read today that instead of fattier animal proteins (such as beef), eat more soy foods because research suggests that tofu and other soy foods.  By patronizing the soy products it may reduce the risk of heart disease, certain cancers, and osteoporosis, as well as reduce menopausal symptoms.

I love tofu and just that.  Maybe i should love eating other soy products in the coming days. :)

Sleepy Head

I thought that i will be fully rested this past week-end but nah whole night Sunday i did not have even a small sleep.  My sister gave birth to a healthy baby boy through a CS and i waited or her until she comes out of the operating room.  Now really sleepy but before i will go to make a quick nap,   i checked out this gift cards and  and business cards site. Will keep this in mind because i know soon we will need this information.
