Fruits for Good Health




If i can have all of these at least every other day all my life then i won’t get overweight and use diet pills to help me lose weight. Right? It’s now summer time so i can feast on this ——–

Melons to let me start with natural detox. This is what most of my friends over here does. They feast on 3 types of fruits daily.
I wonder what do you do to help you shed unwanted pounds.

i love pineapples (i usually freeze them a bit before eating), apples, watermelon, melon, grapes, pomelo and papaya
