I realized that if i make my a thank you note on the first day of a new month — the stat is not yet done!  Am lucky to remember today that i have to check if the stats is already completed — so as you can see, it is now complete!

Four Foods Friday # 2

Here are this week’s four questions.

#1. blueyes’ question. What’s your favorite seafood recipe?
#2. Italian Ice. Like it, love it or leave it?
#3. What’s your favorite crunchy food? (anything – pickles, chips, fruit, etc.)
#4. Have you ever eaten so much of something that you felt or got sick?

My Answers:

1.   The only thing i ate from the sea is the fish and some variety of sea grass.  So i think i can only answer sweet and sour fish. :)

2.  Haven’t even seen Italian Ice.

3.  Potato Chips!

4.  Eaten too much eggs and meat — i got skin allergy.  Since then i moderately eat protein foods.

The Role of Food to Our Facial Skin

I believe that food plays an important role in having a beautiful facial skin.  Though it is not the only factor but it is one of the many factors that causes pimples and acne to grow.  I have proved that myself.  The more meat i ate, the more big pimples come out.  But the more fresh vegies and fruits i ate, i seldom have those big acne.

In 2001, my face has been attacked by acne. First time in my life that time.  After a year it died out because i took some cleansing pill plus the use of moisturizer and plus a cold weather, my facial skin improved.  When i came back to the Philippines, and always exposed to dust and heat, my pimples came back.  Now i still have lots of acne scars that how i wish my face will just go back to pre-acne days.  Now that i proved that food plays an important role — am more concious of what i eat plus reading the guide for a natural acne treatment then i hope that one day, i will have that flawless facial skin again. :)
