I tried adding spinach sa tinola ko kasi walang dahon ng sili at yung green leaves na gamit mo sa pic(forget how it’s called dito, it was good as well… yez,Great for cold weather.

@Willa – pareho kayo ng boss ko. He loves native chicken tinola kaya ayan always nagluluto ng ganyan pag merong bisita.

@Clarissa – try mo kung anong green leafy dyan sa inyo basta lang di sya oily na klase. u can try pechay or maybe spinach. it will do. The green vegie used here is malunggay ang tawag sa atin.

@mei – sa inyo dyan sa luzon. yes! but here in Mindanao we are experiencing sobrang init. takot nga kami baka bagyo naman ang next sa amin at aapaw naman ang mga baha.

OMG – oo spinach will do. even cabbage leaf. the green used in this photo is malunggay.

@ Ate Agring – u can use nalang whatever kidn of chicken available. then boil the chicken first several times to remove the excess fats. i did that long time ago when the only available chicken is an imported one which is so thick with fats.
