RSS FeedAnd i was shocked! When reality hit me i felt like puking. Many things flashed back in my mind. Regrets started to creep in but i know it is all too late. Anyway, am still 3 weeks into this exercise thing and am glad i decided to have an FBS.
A friend is now suggesting i should go and see the doctor for meds. I guess i will on Tuesday. I still dont’ feel anything serious eh.
Hmmm am sure will gonna miss slices and slices of cakes. hehehe
