With the changing times, technology keeps on upgrading, too. People from all walks of life want convenience and portability. The in-thing now is the compact netbooks. They are light, compact, and serve the purpose for people on the go. With competitive products in the market, we have to choose the right model at the right source.  It is even important to know what you really need on your netbook or the exact specs i mean.

And i was shocked!  When reality hit me i felt like puking.  Many things flashed back in my mind.  Regrets started to creep in but i know it is all too late.  Anyway, am still 3 weeks into this exercise thing and am glad i decided to have an FBS.

A friend is now suggesting i should go and see the doctor for meds.  I guess i will on Tuesday.  I still dont’ feel anything serious eh.

Hmmm am sure will gonna miss slices and slices of cakes. hehehe

There is a health seminar going on in another city and some of my friends in the medical field were invited to attend.  It was a weekend meeting but they only joined Friday session as they can’t join the Saturday activities.   One thing impressed them was the showing off of health products through cardboard displays. They said it was very professional.  Most products were from UK and some were from Asian countries.  There were also health books that they suggest to the librarian to check it out so that they can get a copy or two for the students’ use.

It is very important that people knows how to define obesity.  In an Obesity article by Dr. Hubert F. Sturges, it says that obesity is define as the following:

• Obesity is an EXCESS OF BODY FAT.

• Obesity is define as 20% or more above the ideal weight.

• Overweight is 10 to 20% above ideal weight.

I love dogs.  But letting them live with us inside the house is a think i still have to think over and over again.  I have thought of getting some dog supplies because a friend will give me a puppy dog, but my sis insisted that i should not take the puppy now. She meant to suggest that since her kid is still a baby and might have an allergic reaction to animals hairs, then it is not yet hgh time for me for a dog pet.

My daughter loves to have a pet dog too so that our friendly pet family will grow big.  As of the moment we have two meaowwws – Pacman and Mommy Cat.
