FTF # 22 – Shakoy For Free

P9100184

Pick one if you like. We locally call this “shakoy”. I dunno how this is called in English. If you know the right name please comment me.

Since last week, the hospital sponsored a Revelation Seminar and i was one of the staff that assist it. We have met for 2 weeks already and every night, just before the meeting, the attendees can enjoy a light snack. This shakoy was served last week. I got 2 kind of puto photos in my file. I hope i can share them in the future.

Not Over Weight!

That’s good news! Nope just wait what is more there is to say.  I am really trying to search for the best weight loss supplement because after that phrase, the student said, “you are OBESE, Ma’am!

Oh my goodness! Obese. I thought i was still not because i really don’t feel anything. I just thought am still comfortably fat but now i realized am not. Aside from being obese, my sugar has soared high enough that if i won’t reduce my food intake will not do any exercise, then i would end up sick with diabetes. Then that is not a nice news ever.

So help me, God!

I am not really fun of soup but i just can’t say no to this. This was really nicely cooked.

With my officemates, we answered a dinner invitation. Pastor Ravelo had a small group lecture/session/training to some nursing dept faculty then they had dinner afterwards. We were not invited to the meeting but we were invited for dinner. The food was so much that the next week i had an allergy. I was told not to eat chicken but the fried chicken was so tempting – so i was tempted. :)

Note:

Thanks Mommy E for minding the misspelled word. lol! soap ba jud!  I don’t eat soap ya know. hahaha…this is me. i laugh over at my mistakes especially the ones that are easy to spell. :D

Nutrition Tips from Abbott

THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER NUTRITION

Malnutrition is commonly associated with starvation.  However, malnutrition is a general term for a medical condition that could simply mean the lack of proper nutrition or in other words malnutrition means eating too little or eating the wrong kind of food.  (I now wonder which meaning do i belong)

Malnutrition, in all its forms, increases the risk of disease and early death. Some diseases which could be attributed to not getting the proper nutrition.

Sad but It’s The Real Truth

Lately, here in our campus, our workers just had their Marriage Renewal vows.  But a friend couple who is miles away from me is in the verge of breaking up – for real.  They have been separated for several times but ended up getting back together but this time it is for real.  So each of them had their attorney to work on their settlement.  But my girlfriend also thought of the Seattle personal injury attorneys as she may need it for her kind of work. She has friends who got a personal injury attorney so that when problem arises at work or during traveling they got someone to work on their behalf.

I also need to see an attorney but i don’t have time for that now.  I will do soon. Very soon. :)
