Protein & Anti-Histamine
I think i’ve mentioned it in this blog that i have to cut out chicken in my food. But yesterday and today i give way. I had chicken and beef yesterday and today chicken again. So for two days, after lunch, i also swallowed an anti-allergy pill. I had Zerlix yesterday and today Alerta.
So am feeling sort of tired and sleepy now. I had the chance to do malling this afternoon. I enjoyed my time in several shops checking out new products and it is good to see that they also have stickers for safety products that consumers will know that that a safety products are user friendly and even community friendly if it turns to waste.
After this post, am off to sleep.
You may check this out to know where I was yesterday and today.
Upgrading Online
One of the ways people get the confidence they need in their work and their total person is to upgrade in the area where they are good at. Last week i was very busy encoding theses for my boss and i just admired those owners of the book. One even advised me to edit it on word – not retype the whole book anymore. But i love encoding – am very good at it.
I thought of upgrading myself soon. I could have started last year but finances was a problem. I have the option of enrolling in an Online master degree or attend a university in Cagayan de Oro City. But checking out the site, the online school sounds convincing. Inform my cousin about this because this university is ranked as third in the West as reported by the World Report.
There is not much school and universities that offer online courses these days especially on masteral studies so this is a great opportunity for work at home people or even stay at home persons.
Some Ways to Manage Stress
By Cory Quirino (Grabbed from the Philippine Star)
- Declare 10 minutes of your time everyday as time-out. Simply close your eyes: Inhale softly and quietly. If you can’t turn off the lights, put on your shades.
- Load up your vitamin B complex.
- Try aromatherapy by lighting up lemon grass.
- Spray in your palms and inhale with closed eyes one of the most effective and instant mood lifter in the market today.
- Sip herbal teas like chamomile, lavender, and rose or try organic ginger tea with native musvocado sugar (or we locally call this CAMAY or CALAMAY) from the mountain of Nueva Viscaya.
Asbestos Cancer on TV Series
I had the idea of asbestos cancer when i started blogging. I thought this word just exist in blogs. But i was wrong because mesothelioma, a cancer caused by asbestos traces is now aired in our local TV. It was shown that a community suffered much and many families died. One poor family is on legal fight against the company that dumped asbestos in their area many years back. Health is wealth as many believed and good health must start from our home. So this family took a long time to discover what caused their horrible sickness that led to the death of the wife.
Slow Down ON Rice
That’s the health educator’s advice for me. My sugar was checked weeks ago and my the result was shocking! It was abnormally high! I am not much on meat but i love rice and anything pasta. So they advice me to go on diet and rigid exercise. Because of time at work i can’t promise i will be faithful to my exercise schedule so i need a recommendation for the right weight loss pills. I really need one these days. Then am sure i will lose weight fast. How fast? As much as i can lessen rice intake and also do a 30 minute regular exercise. I have to cut down on other pasta stuff like this -

The Importance of Air
According to NEWSTART, a human being can survive several days without food, a few days without water but only a few minutes without air. This one element is very important to life. Without air a person will die and can have permanent brain damage within 5 minutes.
Spending long hours in poorly ventilated rooms can result in drowsiness and make it difficult to concentrate. The reason? Too little oxygen in the air. Shallow breathing and blockages in the respiratory tract can make your entire system operate sluggishly.
Ways to get more air into our lungs:
- Open your windows and let in the fresh air!
- Exercise in the fresh air. This will strengthen your breathing muscles and increase your lung capacity.
- Practice good posture habits. Sit up straight with your shoulders back. This will increase your ability to breath more deeply.
- Concentrate on breathing more deeply. Consciously take several deep breaths. This will clear your brain and cause you to be more alert and feel more alive.
I wish everyone a nice day today!
