this is really yummmy. just by the look at it, you will know it’s very tasty. it cost 15 pesos per serving but too much for one person. so my boss cut it into a smaller serving size and this is it. A square from the rectangle one.

Wow! Looks very yummy! One of my favorite food is biko but haven’t tried the baked one yet. Walang recipe ng masubukang gawin hehehe…
Wala akong recipe but i think it has to be cooked first in the wok as usual but when it’s halfway done, it has to be baked sabay lagay ng mga latik.
