Learning to Bake

I thought of making a yellow muffin (the batter can also be used in making pan cake, marble cake, waffles, chocolate muffins).  Although the water added or liquid flavors added should vary to make the perfect muffins.

That’s the uncooked butter and here’s the result:

I think my mixture was too sticky or a bit dry for a muffin.  The one that was steamed looked nice than the baked one.

Here’s my chocolate muffins topped with peanuts:

I think it’s too dry, too that you need water to enjoy them. lol!  I know practice makes perfect, so i am hoping that i can bake for the new year.  If no oven available then i will just steam them.

I think this is perfect.  This is called plain rolls. :)

In fairness, it is so tasty.  Same with the slice bread.
