FTF # 34 -Fish Paksiw
I dunno how to translate “paksiw” into english but this was greatly done yesterday by my officemate. One of the recipes and so palatable that you will tend to forget someone. I forgot Dimple was in the room and i was not able to let her taste this.
I think she did not use vinegar in it because there was no vinegar smell. She used calamansi instead.

hi sis, allergy din ako sa tulingan but this was so fresh when bought. fresh from the sea talaga kaya di ako nangati kahapon.
coz of the allergy effect, we don’t buy this fish for our own consumption at home.
thank you for visiting!
