Love More

Health is wealth.  NYs resolution pertaining to my total health.

 

1.  Eat malunggay daily. (i really miss home becaused at home we ate them everyday if not at least every other day).

2.  Lessen rice intake.  (cut it to one cup per meal except on special occassions)

3.  Lessen fatty foods intake.

4.  Eat more fruits (spare a hundred pesos if not more every month).

5.  Drink milk when able.

6.  Three to 4 times work out in the gym per week.

7.  I should be moderate in salty foods, sweet foods, and fatty foods.

8.  Always think the positive side of things no matter how painful.

9.  Smily daily and always.

10.  Love more.

Acne Treatment

Am a sufferer of acne.  It only started when i turned 30 years old.  That is why my friends often gave me that sad stare wondering i got a sort of dirty face.  I have an oily facial skin type so i think that explains why they love to bother me when i am in a place where there are too much dust and too much humidity.  Good thing i went to China and their meds plus the cold weather treated my problem fine.  I had once visited an adult acne treatment center per recommendation by my boss because he was also worried about my face. The first thing that was advised and did religiously was my diet regimen. Low sugar, low salt, no oil diet for some months. I can remember i did ate a lot of fruits and vegetables that time.  In just a year time, my face became silky smooth.

Go Away Fried Chicken!

So i will just say – THANKS and turn my back on you if ever you hand me some fried chicken.

I love fried chicken and everyone loves fried chicken especially the kids.  But once you get older you tend more careful on what you have to put into your mouth or else older people will die early sick.
