Do you love fresh guso (common variety of sea weeds) salad? I do love that. Aldente in texture with lots of tomatoes and crushed garlic, some lemon juice and a dash of salt.

our neighbor in the province used to sell guso salad to the teachers at a nearby school … i never did get to try this, though. maybe it’s about time i did! lol.
usually the seaweed that i eat are of a different variety … forgot the name. hehehe … but we loved eating it!

I so love salad seaweeds and have tried it with vinegar. I think I better try lemon juice some other time. YUM!!!
