Lost 10 Pounds

Would you believe that i already lost ten pounds? :D   The total weight loss since i started in January.  It made me happy because though am making slow progress but at least it’s happening.  Thanks to exercise limited rice intake this happened.  A friend introduced to me a fat burner because she know i wanna lost weight. I told her that she try it first and if it works for her i will use it too after i lost another 10 pounds.

I am happy and also i feel lighter but i know not very lighter like i’ve lost 20 or 30 pounds. Who would not lost some pounds when daily you got to eat blanch food such as this -
