Natural Treatment
I said that was one last post but i better do this one because i want to share a photo of the food that is in my mind now. Someone asks me if I am depress and i said i don’t think so but am craving for this -

Looks so yummy. I think it can cure my depression for the moment. lol! But the friend advice me to take natural depression treatment so that i won’t grow bigger than i am now. I am controlling the quantity of my food plus am almost regular in my exercise so letting depression hold me in my neck will result to a very bad rebound on my lost weight. I know i’ve lost some pounds and i am hoping to lost more. But i know too that if i stop diet and exercise now i will gain back in double or triple the pounds i lost for the last 3 months. So i better avoid my natural treatment (fatty foods and lot of carbs) to my depression. They said they are comfort foods eh.
