Keep Dreaming
![]()
for a very good model and brand of cell phone. It is not bad to dream so i will just keep on dreaming. Am a Nokia user but am dreaming this time of owning one that is of a different brand. How i wish that i can afford prepaid cell phones so that i can make this dream come true earlier but it is just not my priority. Maybe by the time i am can be able to buy this then there will be more latest models that will be on sale. If I am just a millionaire or maybe someone that has so much money then i could buy 5 pieces of this model and give one to my daughter, one for my mom, one for my brother, and one sister, and of course one for me. I am sure i would really sound like a great santa that time.
Haiii there’s no harm in dreaming.
Summer Job
Aside from the piano practice and lessons she is having several times a week i’ve been wanting for my daughter to have a summer job. Some of her classmates told her about selling health books but I dunno if they pushed through their plan. I know it is not easy to sell textbooks from one house to another so i don’t like to push her. I am just waiting when they themselves decide that they are going out to work. I love their idea of having a summer job than just playing and doing nothing the whole summer.
FTF – Buko Salad
A photo for
My version of buko salad which i love.
Ingredients:
Buko meat (scraped)
Buko water
condense milk
sago (green small ones or white small ones)
corn kernels
optional: you can use either of the following.
mango
green gelatin
In this photo, they added mango. I don’t recommend adding sugar because the buko water is already sweet and the condensed milk also adds to the sweetness. Another great treat for the summer.
Giving Up the Fight
The father of a close friend gave up the fight to live. His family surrounded him as he the doctor pronounced him dead. But that was after almost an hour trying to revive him. The nurses around him monitored his status through the machines and that includes the finger pulse oximeter that is attached to one of his fingers in the left hand. The first day he was into the ICU a pulse oximeter was already attached, but a few days later, he hands was edematous but thank God the oximeter was still in place.
Looking at my friend’s father being attached to a respirator made me understand what my mom is trying to tell me if ever she will be in a coma state after an attack, we should not try to revive her anymore by resuscitating her through a machine.
