An entry for
Beef Caldereta!
How i wish i know how to cook this the traditional way. I mean cooking this not using the ready made caldereta mix for sale in the grocery store.
I recently learned this dish, yung may cheese at liver spread…yum!
-Blueberry cheesecake
that’s my husbands 2nd favorite Pinoy food, next to sinigang. I always make it from scratch (i had to learn no caldereta mix here in Phnom Penh) and luv it with lots of cheese..
wow ang sarap namn nyan sis I’m drooling =) happy weekend hugs!!
I wish the same sis. although I havent tried to cook caldereta ever. miss ko na pinoy food.
@Lui – hmmm so i guess it’s the cheese that will make it sticky and so yummy.
@Jac – same to you, sis! thanks for visiting back.
