Food Friday – Caldereta

Beef Caldereta!

How i wish i know how to cook this the traditional way. I mean cooking this not using the ready made caldereta mix for sale in the grocery store.

I recently learned this dish, yung may cheese at liver spread…yum!

that’s my husbands 2nd favorite Pinoy food, next to sinigang. I always make it from scratch (i had to learn no caldereta mix here in Phnom Penh) and luv it with lots of cheese..

I wish the same sis. although I havent tried to cook caldereta ever. miss ko na pinoy food. :)
