FTF – Buko Salad
A photo for
My version of buko salad which i love.
Ingredients:
Buko meat (scraped)
Buko water
condense milk
sago (green small ones or white small ones)
corn kernels
optional: you can use either of the following.
mango
green gelatin
In this photo, they added mango. I don’t recommend adding sugar because the buko water is already sweet and the condensed milk also adds to the sweetness. Another great treat for the summer.

One of my all-time favorite Pinoy desserts! Some people I know also put cheese cubes in it. I guess it depends on individual preferences. This is indeed perfect to beat the summer heat.
