Exercise Update!
I was awaken early this morning as i have agreed with some girls that we will go out for brisk walking – to the City Hall. I thought they will be up after 5 am so i also said that am not going when i could hardly open my eyes. But then i thought that it is for my own good – so i went.
I had a great time!
Faithfully doing the 30-45 minutes exercise for the past 3 weeks, i can feel the obvious difference. I now feel lighter, livelier, can i say sexier, too? Oh well all the adjectives with “ier” at the end. Am not kidding, and am making a goal to do the same for the next 3 weeks.
Next Sunday, i thought of asking the girls to do the same route again and we will carry a camera for remembrance purposes. The week after next week will be their finals, then we still have to move out of our dormitory, plus they are going home for a two-week vacation, so we better do our hiking up the Buhangin Hills this coming Sunday again.
