Loss of Water is Dangerous
How many glasses of water do you take each day? Do you wait still wait for the time you feel thirsty then that is the only time you get up to get a glass of water? Do you drink more soda than water? Do you have more coffee than plain water itself? Well, water in its plain form is the most important substance our body needs but we always take for granted its importance. According to an author, A loss of 20-22% of body’s water could be very dangerous. And forcing the body to work with limited amounts of fluid is like trying to wash the dishes in a cupful of water.
If you are taking any medications, the more we need water to in our body. Water helps us wash out wastes in our body. To maintain good health, we should drink enough water. One health professional said that right amount intake of water can help one lose weight. Maybe because drinking a glass of water before mealtime will let you cut back the amount of food you are going to eat. In taking weight loss pills we also need a lot of water to help regulate our body. It depends on how a person reacts to the pills, but for some, they really goes in and out of the comfort room as side effects of the pills. Long time ago, i took some pills and oh my, i need water to replenish the liquid i lost as i was already discharging water. Weight loss pills helps many but I am not sure if it works well with everyone. So before anyone grabs a pill to help him or her lose weight – they should check the product first if it is the right one.
Again, don’t wait for the brain signal that you are thirsty. Even before you get thirsty, grab a glass of water. We need at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
