Girls Talk & Yummy Sunday
It is really different when all-girls group go around together or when only all-girls group stay in a room together. This weekend there were 5 of us who stayed in one room together and it can’t be avoided to talk about personal matters especially what spices up married life or spices up love life. Talks like that makes us giggle and laugh out loud like teenagers which i think is healthy for the heart. My roommates (3 of them) are blessed with healthy and able partners so they still don’t need testosterone boosters to make their partners happy. With healthy lifestyle, their partners will not need assistance until they reach the winter season of their life or maybe at the end part of the autumn season.
And for my yummy Sunday, i wish i was able to take pictures of the food we had yesterday as they were nicely prepared and presented. For now, let me use this food photo taken few weeks ago:

Health Clips Review
Last year i remember that the CSU here showed some health clips for free to all interested medical students. It was open for all but i did not dare watch because i’ve seen most of the clips here in the office adjacent to my office and some looks gross. Worst case of eczema is not a nice sight. I know those who are inflicted by it are not also happy with how their skin looks. That is why family and friends needs to extra tactful in commenting on people with skin problems. In general, skin diseases or skin problems is really a worst nightmare especially for those who really take extra care of their skin. I sound like a broken record when i remind her to give extra care on facial skin because to me, the acne she has now is not a joke. So skin care medications and acne treatments should be best recommended by the right physician. Not just buy over the counter creams without prescription because who knows the situation will get worst.
Natural Dieting
I think stress is one great way to lose weight. hahaha. I thought it’s eating the right food, controlling the quantity is the natural way of dieting. But now mind stress can caused me to forget my meals so i think it’s natural dieting. I have several friends who lose weight when they are stressed…not just weight but also hairs. But i have also friends who are into diet pills like apidexin and they said that it’s one of the good diet pills in the market today. But i urge you to check out every ingredients in the pills you are using because not all will work for everyone.
