I never heard of Paklay but I do know Papaitan bec it’s one of my favorite pulutan kahit hindi ako manginginom, lol!
i think it’s paklay because it has black beans and pineapple chunks.:p my mom cooks it every now and then.
@ Willa, paklay is ox tripe with ubod, pineapple chunks, black beans, liver. it’s not as soupy as papaitan and it doesn’t have bile.:p
nice post, keep on blogging!
iba pa ba yung igado? para rin kasing igado. ang sarap naman nitong ulam mo .gustung gusto ko ng ox tripe kahit saan isahog.
Wala akong alam dito…lol. Pihikan kasi ang parents ko when I was growing up, kaya i don’t know much dishes…oh ayan nagadahilan pa…lol. But it looks yummy…:)
Wow, haven’t tried that… i’m learning so many different cuisine here in FTF. Husband likes ox tripe as well..
hope you check out my FTF entry as well.

iba pala ang papait sa papaitan .. iba itsura nya… mahilig din asawa ko sa ox tripe…
This is one recipe of my father, yummy! I missed it na!
Hello there, thanks for dropping by! Happy weekend!
I don’t know what that is but by the looks of it – and Luna’s description – mukhang masarap siya. Did you make it?
