A Year-long Plan

I am making a point that this year will be a healthy year for me.  It does not mean that healthy year i not be admitted at the hospital.  No. What i meant is that i will look fit that is why as much as possibly am doing a regular exercise at least 30 minutes every day.  I want to look fit and trim.  One of my problem is my stomach – not so much bulging but for a lady, it should be flat.  That is why I am checking out this stomach fat loss website that cater to the information every person wants to know on how to deal with stomach fats without undergoing invasive stomach surgery.

Beating the Changeable Climate

How?  By keeping yourself healthy.  By having regular exercise, eating the right food, taking enough rest, drinking lots of water and protect yourself from unnecessary exposure to the sun and to the rain or afternoon showers.

Many of my friends are sick this past days and two of my office mates called in sick today – one in the morning and one this afternoon.  I even thought that maybe i should call in sick too so that i can have a long sleep to let the body ache go away.  But then i decided not to because i want this month to be a great month for me – no absences, no tardinesses at work, and no sickness as this is my birthday month.  Though i may not be so blessed financially at least i will be blest with good health – minus even the minor aches. :)

Aside from the changeable weather, these people too are stressed out at work – so my advice is work accordingly.  When it’s time to go home – go home, do exercise, or take time to smell the roses.

A Mini Reunion

A cousin and his family arrived last Thursday and luckily Friday was a holiday so we spent it at the pool with more than a hundred relatives. So many people so it also meant so much food. Even days before they arrived I was already feeling depressed that i was craving for some food. By the time they arrived (they wanted to surprise me) I easily fell into their non-stop eating sessions. The more i felt bloated and heavy yet i don’t feel guilty being full all the time. Most of us in the eating session were in diet but we forget about our it for some days. We just wanted to bond so naturally we have to eat because tis a season of eating. There were days that rained so we are house arrest for some hours. Nothing to do except chatting and eating. I have thought of buying some appetite suppressants but if we would take that for sure there would be lots of left overs.

My cousins has gone back to Cebu Monday night and my menses started yesterday, so am back to small portion serving when I am eating.

I hope to lost again what i have lost months back. By hook or by crook ~~  i should do that.
