It happens like this when there is much fire.  Poor fish.  Burned.

poor fish gyud! am sure it’ll still taste great dipped in soy sauce with chili, calamansi, and chopped onions! plus lots and lots of rice…yummmm!

i rather hav charcoled fish than bloody fish. i can remove the burnt part but a bloody plate from a bloody fish means a new plate to wash
