TV inside the Bedroom

I have mentioned here several times that i have a trashy sleeping habits. I sleep so late because I can’t sleep early. If I am not working, then am reading, or maybe I am watching dvd movies. Right now, my first roommate went out and i moved into her space of the room. I find the area more spacey now so i thought of getting a TV while the tv stands are still on sale. For sure i can grab a good deal especially that the Holiday season is here. But then, my new roommate said that if we will get a TV, the more i will have a hard time cultivating a healthy sleeping habits.

TV is not for the bedroom. TV is just good for the entertainment room or the living room.

Weekend Eating # 1

Surely I am going to love this meme.   Thank Jenn for the invitation.  Though i know that most of my weekend foods is made from scratch, at least i will be able to share them online because it’s what i ate on that weekend.

This is what we had last Saturday lunch.

I think i was craving for something ginataan but i have no time to buy coconut that Friday afternoon.  I tried looking for coconut milk in can at GM but i was not able to find one.  Good thing i saw Bicol Express and also pick 1 small can of evaporated milk.  I was positive it will result to the type of food i was craving for.

Ingredients:

Squash
Bicol Express Tuna
Evaporated Milk
Kangkong
Salt
Ginisa mix

I cut the squash into bite size cubes and boiled them together with a dash of salt and a dash of ginisa mix.  Halfway cooked, I added  the Bicol Express Tuna and when it simmered it gave out a very palatable fragrance.  Once the squash i added the evaporated milk and then topped it with the Kangkong.

You may add more salt to let go of the bitty sweet taste from the evaporated milk.  Next time maybe i will add some ground pepper or lots of ginger.

Me, Joy, and Ann enjoyed our meal.

The Need for Health Supplements

There are very active people that need more supplements compared to an average person. They need powered hgh supplements to help them cope with the work of the day. I can imagine that sports people do take these supplements before they go for big competitions. Aside from supplements, they should eat the right food in the right amount. Sleep habits must be healthy, too! They should be healthy and strong or else they would be out of the league.

I thought of taking some hormonal supplements once i reach 40. But then, it’s according to my doctor if i will have one or not.
