Food Trip Friday – Chicken Adobo

I can’t say am a very good cook but i can cook chicken adobo. But this entry here is not made by me. We just ordered this and what i love is that the it tastes yummy.
I like some ginger if my adobo. I think because there’s something in ginger that it makes me so much feel at home even though am away from home.
Food for Lunch
Am so full now. What we had for lunch are the following:
pinakbet
fried fish
pancit canton with chinese cabbage (cabbage is steamed)
jackfruit in coconut milk
salted baby fish
bread
boiled green bananas
We had bread and chocolates for our desserts.
With all the above food, I just can’t take a cup of rice anymore.
I became so sleepy after lunch so i failed to read more info for the lipozene reviews which was assigned to me the other day. I guess enough blah blah now so that i could read more on that Lipozene and other medical drugs on my list.
FTF # 34 -Fish Paksiw
I dunno how to translate “paksiw” into english but this was greatly done yesterday by my officemate. One of the recipes and so palatable that you will tend to forget someone. I forgot Dimple was in the room and i was not able to let her taste this.
I think she did not use vinegar in it because there was no vinegar smell. She used calamansi instead.
Power Batter!
I haven’t taken a single food photo during the last 2 weeks of December. I think the last foods i took was during the baking class. So before the 2009 be totally over – lemme share with you some of the food photos i haven’t shared in the two food memes i joined.
I missed 2 Fridays already in the food meme and i hope this coming Friday, i won’t miss any of them.
As for now, just enjoy these foods!

Alternately put together the solid and the liquid and mix them together until it become a smooth batter. I call it MIRACLE BATTER! We just can’t believe that we had the same batter yet we had different kind of desserts.
