Bad news! My friend’s uncle was rushed to the hospital after some pedestrians took kindness on him while his car stopped in the middle on the highway and he was slumped on his seat.  He was driving his car to come home from work then the accident happen.  Sad news yet a bit good news because he did not die yet.  The next car behind him was driving fast and did not control the breaks that is why the back part of his car is damaged. His family also felt happy because his car insurance can cover the damage.

I offer a prayer for my friend’s uncle and I also relay the news to my family.

I took this last night. I was surprise when i saw the students in Room 5 doing this. They are about to have supper and they want it with a picnic ambience so this is what they did.

Ain’t it cute? I really think that’s cute. Maybe you can see all they had is rice. No! They had rice with hot canton noodles, fried fish, and tuna. Each have a small serving of rice because one of them is on taking a pill from one of the fat burners introduced online. I think she is still too young to go on pill diet but she want it. She wanted to be skinny as can be so even a little fat in her diet, she wanted it out.

My time was not really enough that i was not able to post my food entries for the food meme last Friday. I always promise to make early posting but i just totally forgot it. I have so much tasks to do and there’s one here that i have to research about – the life and businesses of richard willich . Initially I read that he donated so much teacher materials to a certain school. I still need time to read more about him but my girl is now calling me to go. The concert is over and the building will be closed.

Happy Valentine’s day, everyone!

Next week, two of my friends (the one sister is very close to me) are celebrating their birthdays.  They are close friends and caring and thoughtful ones.  So i felt that it is just right for me to show them too my gratitude.  But i will still be waiting for the payout and then the xoom transaction then that is the time i can go out and look for the right gifts for her and for her sister. They are still young and in highschool so ive been thinking what would be the right one for them. Food? Foods like cake from Red Ribbon? I still dunno. But that’s what am going on Monday.

My daughter can’t forget her birthday of last year. September 26, 2009 was unforgetable because aside from the fact that it was her birthday it was also the day that a bigger part of Manila was filled with flood. Many beautiful homes were submerged in brown water. Many died, thousands were left homeless, hungry, and cold. So weeks later after the flood, many tried to scout for affordable home insurance to have their homes covered. For those homes not insured, they put the house on sale and tried to move on by building a new house in a new place. That flood was an unexpected tragedy. So sad it happened but it was a wake up call for everyone to be more kind to the environment.
