They said, true beauty lies deep within but i’d like to add to that – if you take care of your skin, your total self then one is truly beautiful.  Women have many beauty regimen – daytime and nighttime.  One of that is putting on eye creams for the care of the eyes.  So am checking on the eye creams sold over the market because am now in an age where i should be taking care more of my skin. We can’t prevent ourselves getting old but we still want to look nice and beautiful even if our age is beyond 3 digits.

And i was shocked!  When reality hit me i felt like puking.  Many things flashed back in my mind.  Regrets started to creep in but i know it is all too late.  Anyway, am still 3 weeks into this exercise thing and am glad i decided to have an FBS.

A friend is now suggesting i should go and see the doctor for meds.  I guess i will on Tuesday.  I still dont’ feel anything serious eh.

Oh my goodness! Obese. I thought i was still not because i really don’t feel anything. I just thought am still comfortably fat but now i realized am not. Aside from being obese, my sugar has soared high enough that if i won’t reduce my food intake will not do any exercise, then i would end up sick with diabetes. Then that is not a nice news ever.

My new nephew was treated with antibiotic when he was born because he was already 1 week due inside the tummy.  Poor baby.

I read that children who received antibiotics within the first six months from birth are more likely to develop allergies.  Researchers at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, found that these children suffered allergic reaction to pets, ragweed, grass, dust mites, and asthma by the age of 7. (quoted from the Health and Home)

My nephew was treated for a total of 7 days but somehow i hope that he will not grow up allergic to anything.  Me and my sister developed an allergic reaction to high protein (chicken, eggs, cured meats, eggplant, squash, and am sure sea food).  We are not asthmatic kids and same with my grown neices and, son, and nephew.  I hope our Baby Caleb will not be an asthmatic baby.

Personally, to have a newborn baby is such a heavenly feeling.  Having a child inside you grow each day until it is time for them to be out to the world is really a very exciting time.  Everyone anticipates for a perfect baby to be delivered.  And the child will grow up healthy and strong and beautiful adult.

Unfortunately, not all will be able to experience what i just described.  Some are able to have healthy pregnancy, but at the time of labor and delivery, some injuries could possibly happen that can cause a baby to have a disability and one of the common disabilities is cerebral palsy. I have seen a child who grew up with a CP. He grew up to adulthood stage but he still acts like a child. Some parents have a whole understanding on what is cerebral Palsy but for those who do not have yet the understanding of it, and how to cope with it then they should check out Cerebral Palsy Injury. My sister is currently pregnant for her first.  Anb many will say that it is her primy and at a crucial age.  But i hope with all my heart that everything will just be fine on her delivery date.  She went to see her doctor last Monday the baby has not yet descended.  So she is scheduled for a pelvimetry today but failed to go because of the rain.  She hopes she can make it to the hospital tomorrow.
