My sis said it is now high time for her to do some job hunting.  I dunno how will she do it but probably off line.  She will try to apply in the hospital for a volunteer slot in the Rehab Center.  She said she will appreciate any job but what she wants now is something related to her the course she took in college.    There is are several construction jobs ad within the city but she said it is not for her this time. She does not want heavy physical job.

I told her to also check the job offers online  as there also job offers abroad.

I was reading the July issue of Reader’s Digest last night. I note down all the websites mentioned in there thinking that I will take time to check on them when I am free. There are several of them including this online insurance quotes. I remember that i was tasked to browse online for an affordable car insurance so I am thinking that this site will give me more options to be given to the boss.  I still have a long list of sites to visit so I can’t wait for the weekend to do this.

Sometimes i am wondering why we people women especially needs to make a list of the things we want to do? Aside from the million things to remember and do there are also other factors that we need a list in our life and that is old age. Am not yet oldy as in wrinkly but i am now in the phase of forgetting things easily – that is my reason for wish list.

I have a list of what to do in a day, in a week, in a quarter. I also have my birthday wish list as well as Christmas wish list. If Santa is making her good people list, am also making my wish list. Bossess make a list too and that includes their insurances. One of them utilize this carinsurancelist.com for their car insurance. Not just car but also other property insurance.

I conclude that if it is not a person’s habit to make a list, for sure at many points in their life, they have forgotten a lot of important things.

Christmas is still many months away but I have already started my Christmas wish list. =) There’s already a digital camera in there, a Nike running shoes, a treadmill and also this Sony VAIO laptop. Am sure my wishes won’t make Santa go bankrupt. And if he thinks i don’t yet deserve all that and he will ask me for a best choice then i’d for sure go for a new lappy. I need one so that this lappy i have now will be handed down to my daughter. I know one day she will need a laptop for her studies. The desk top at home is not at home anymore. It’s now with my brother.

A marketer’s duty is to do promotion on company products or services. Right here in our institution, the college marketing promotes the college services and the hospital marketers promote the services of the hospital. It takes a week or two in training personnel to do the promotional products because it takes sometime familiarization on the products. For some companies, marketers need some time to prove to themselves the quality of the product.  That is same with me!   If  i like using a product and i can prove it that it is good then i would recommend it.  Not just a product but same with food services, food tastes, and food places. =)

I am making a point that this year will be a healthy year for me.  It does not mean that healthy year i not be admitted at the hospital.  No. What i meant is that i will look fit that is why as much as possibly am doing a regular exercise at least 30 minutes every day.  I want to look fit and trim.  One of my problem is my stomach – not so much bulging but for a lady, it should be flat.  That is why I am checking out this stomach fat loss website that cater to the information every person wants to know on how to deal with stomach fats without undergoing invasive stomach surgery.

I had a physical examination done the other day and yesterday. There were several blood tests and other routine tests done, and also chest x-ray and ecg done. Result? Fit to Work but I am treated for urinary tract infection for one week. For sure it’s what i’ve eaten. When in the dorm, i only fed myself with pancit canton. I think the last time i had pancit canton was last Tuesday morning. I just love pancit canton. With that result yesterday, i decided to eat canton sparingly and also eat more fruits and nuts and also take some supplements for women. I think am also at the age where i should take care of myself by taking supplements especially when am nearing my menopausal years.

Oh the antibiotic am taking now is Ciprofloxacin 500 (Proxco) .

Last year i remember that the CSU here showed some health clips for free to all interested medical students.  It was open for all but i did not dare watch because i’ve seen most of the clips here in the office adjacent to my office and some looks gross.   Worst case of eczema is not a nice sight. I know those who are inflicted by it are not also happy with how their skin looks. That is why family and friends needs to extra tactful in commenting on people with skin problems.    In general, skin diseases or skin problems is really a worst nightmare especially for those who really take extra care of their skin.    I sound like a broken record when i remind her to give extra care on facial skin because to me, the acne she has now is not a joke.  So skin care medications and acne treatments should be best recommended by the right physician.  Not just buy over the counter creams without prescription because who knows the situation will get worst.

It’s another Monday and this day will be a different day for the Doctoral students.  Big day in the sense that they are going to defend their research today.  I think there are 5 of them that will present.  The Graduate School Dean and some professors will come all the way from Capitol University to attend the whole day event.  My boss would like to prepare something special for lunch so in a bit later I will be off to the kitchen to  assist.  Some ingredients are not yet bought but i am glad i will not be assigned to go out for that because it is still early (not yet 8 in the morning) but am already sweating tons.

I can’t do my personal errands today, like checking health savings account which i think a very good one to know more about for health investments, enrolling my daughter in high school, going to MMA to pick and mail the school records requested by my classmate, and also finishing some tasks online. But if I still have time later in the evening, will try to finish some of them.

So, it’s another Monday – a busy one!  I love busy Mondays.  I hope you, too!

For the last 2 months, every day is a bad hair day.  It is because of  the hair style.  Uneven cut at shoulder length gave me that crazy kinky flying ends of my hair.  Now i want to have this relaxed but i have to wait another month so that it would be a bit longer.  I really don’t like flying hairs.  It makes me long for my hair back in college days and even during high school.  I had a long straight, very straight black hair.  Back in the early 21st century i began to feel that my hair are falling.  I always have a handful of my hair laying on the floor. So one time i was told to buy some a jar of hair loss treatment for women – they said it was from Brazil, but i did not faithfully use it so until now am still experiencing this bad hair loss plus the untamed natural curls that gives me a really bad hair day daily.
