My daughter and I were exchanging some thoughts on future travels and she said that if ever we go to Manila, we should not miss visiting the Star City.  Huh? Star city or circuit city . Star city she meant but i kept insisting on the idea of circuit city. She said she haven’t heard of circuit city yet so why should she go there. I insisted my idea until to the point of she almost get upset with me. Then i just laugh and laugh at the same time explaining to her that circuit city can be found at buy dot com. I told her that if i have to shop online i will check out circuit city.

It’s weekend now but there is still a trace of the ouch experience i had last Thursday. See this –

I fasted last night. No water and no food from 8:30 pm planning that i will go to the laboratory at 9 am this morning.  But before 9, there was a call for a meeting so i missed the test.  I don’t like them to wait for me.  So tonight am going to fast again and hopefully i can have a test earlier than 8 tomorrow.  I just feel i need to take another test.  Two weeks ago my fbs level was 125.

There is a nice feeling after sneezing but when ever I am not in the comforts of my own home or in privacy i hold back the urge to sneeze. Why? Because i sneeze with a sound. After the achoo for two times i feel that my diaphragm is cleared of particles that blocked easy breathing. After the sneeze i feel like it’s so easy to breath.

I took a personality sneeze test and this is the result:

The result describes some of my traits. I can relate to the first line and because am that then naturally I also have the second line attitude.

Am not a leader and don’t like to be a leader because i know i do best being next to a leader. But I do like giving orders and instructions if given the authority to do so.

I am easily intimidated because there are situations that i can’t help to feel that kind of feeling so there goes my confidence down the drain for a some time. But i know too that i can’t be intimidated if i don’t allow the person to intimidate me.

I am trying my best to be honest all the time that is why if someone lies i really hate it. There was one person who deceived me for more than 3 years but because of too much love inside me i let it pass.

How?  By keeping yourself healthy.  By having regular exercise, eating the right food, taking enough rest, drinking lots of water and protect yourself from unnecessary exposure to the sun and to the rain or afternoon showers.

Many of my friends are sick this past days and two of my office mates called in sick today – one in the morning and one this afternoon.  I even thought that maybe i should call in sick too so that i can have a long sleep to let the body ache go away.  But then i decided not to because i want this month to be a great month for me – no absences, no tardinesses at work, and no sickness as this is my birthday month.  Though i may not be so blessed financially at least i will be blest with good health – minus even the minor aches.

Aside from the changeable weather, these people too are stressed out at work – so my advice is work accordingly.  When it’s time to go home – go home, do exercise, or take time to smell the roses.

Am done eating dinner more than an hour ago yet.  Done brushing my teeth, too.  So i thought that i should watch a movie, but decided to get online instead.  To be be able to get online i should have a credit on my broadband.  To do that, i went to Room 5 and i was in for a surprise.  They were celebrating a roommate’s birthday!  I told them am full already and have also brushed my teeth.  But they really force me to eat – at least just the cake from Red Ribbon.  I really wanna turn it down but to please them, i took a slice.  And now i need to brush my teeth later. Again!
