Fried Banana of Lake Apo
Last Sunday, I was at Lake Apo with friends and we had this for snacks:
A hearty looking fried banana saba that filled our stomachs and gave us the strength to conquer the highest elevation that surrounds Lake Apo. Ate Belen, the caretaker of the Alfonso’s rest house did this snacks with loving care. The meals were nicely prepared and made us really feel at home in that hidden paradise.
Can you guess how many pieces I ate?
Can you also guess what toppings did we had on it?
Deliciosa Ice Cream
One of the nicest home made ice cream i’ve ever tasted.
This product is being made by one of my friends and his business partners, who happen to be a member of the Iligan Bloggers Society. Richard Celeste really promoted this very delicious ice cream by treating us to a 1.5 liters creamy Durian ice cream. We had it during the second meeting of the IBS.
Richard is a business-minded professional as well as a very passionate blogger. He he hopes that their product will be known not just locally but beyond the bounds of our city. If you want to order this Deliciosa product (available in 3 flavors), you may contact him @ his Facebook Wall or call him @ 09075916280.
By the way, Richard blogs here.
