One of the things I love other than food is traveling.  There is that awesome feeling when I am already on the road or when I am at the destination.  Even in the prep moment, which is the tiresome moment in most individuals, the feeling of excitement is so overwhelming that I cannot sleep well anymore.  My mind is full of thoughts of what I am going to see  and who am I going to see and what am I going to experience at the destination.

Early tomorrow, I will be embarking on the third trip I am going to do this month.  Imagine, after a hectic month of April, May came in like a book that reminds me daily that this month should be a de stressing month for me — so I should go where ever my feet will take me.   This year is surely a travel year for me in the whole of my more than thirty something life for the reason that after the local trip this weekend, the next destinations on my list are outside the country.   These will just be a few days trip but it gave me a reason to be really excited about as I love to travel.

Since I will be visitng Vietnam and Malaysia this year, I think it will not be too bad if I will wish for a Mediterranean Cruise in a year or two.  If not next year because I have 2 local places on top of my list and Dubai as my international destination, so, a cruise would not be a bad wish for 2014.

If 2012 is not your year for any of this MSC cruises, then you can book ahead for the 2013 and they are already open for booking.   Traveling is indeed a lifestyle.  If one loves traveling and he or she cannot make a trip in several months, it really makes the body weak and uneasy.   So whatever my friends think, I am still proud to say that travel is a healthy lifestyle.  Though expensive but it can be saved for.

I love burger and everybody does except those who are not into eating any meat.   I so love it that I could eat at least once a day if there it is the only food available.  But not all type of burgers are really that satisfying so only have few places where I grab burger that I love.  There are many burger junctions now all over the city so you got an option where to grab one.

Around the world, burger buns or burger treats is not strange because you can find them in strategic places where people passing by can conveniently grab one.   I realized that having quality meat will also make quality type of burger. If you check out tailgating recipes you will find that they are made from quality meats.

Months back, DS were chatting online. We were happily talking and did not realized that time was running out for me. Before saying bye, I said, I will give him a ring days later. And he jokingly said, “are you proposing?” I was caught off guard for a second and confused on what he meant. Then I stared laughing when I realized what he meant.   I have to explain to him that I am going to give him a call.

Anyway, he promised me that he will be the one to carry the wedding rings when he comes home. I wish with all my heart that it will happen soon. But if time will not allow in the soon future, I will be waiting. I told him of course to scout the best wedding band brand he can find. If he thinks that tungsten wedding bands are great then I want him to pick a great offer.  If he orders it online that is fine.  But if he can easily purchase it from one of the jewelry shops there, that would be no problem too.

That is for the wedding day.  As of now, I am still waiting for the “engagement” ring to arrive.

I was staying in the 4th floor of the Annex building and the internet signal was so weak.  I only have my G Tattoo that time because I only use it when I can’t connect directly to wifi.  But the slow signal was so poor that it was depressing.  Then someone told me to buy a signal booster.  I really haven’t thought about it even though there are many signal boosters available online. But until now, I still haven’t purchased that thing because subscribing to another communication network was the best thing to do. I still use my Globe Tattoo when am traveling but again, if the signal is poor, I just have to stop whining.

To find the right signal booster, ask your technician. For sure they have the answer for you.

When I was still in school, I love joining singing groups.  That is why in highschool, luckily our batch got a group that stayed until we graduated.  Our group was a great inspiration for me to really love singing.   When I went to college, i still want to sing but in later time, it just don’t fit into my schedule anymore.  Working my way to school was more important than joining singing groups. But I did miss it.  That is why when I was in my Junior year, I had the chance to sing with a group, I did not turn it down.  I had so much fun.

The group lasted for a semester but I had nice memories that I still carry with me until now.  Our group did not do any recordings just like others do but surely we did well.  Our group was composed of “the best ones” from the different singing groups in the campus.  I don’t belong to any of the groups, but I was discovered when I auditioned for one of the groups.

I did not pass the audition in the group that I wanted to be in, but passed in the other group where a friend wanted me to be in.  To be fair, I just did not join any of the group until I was called to join the “special group” Ma’am Tabaranza formed.

One of the unforgetables of that group was the concert we had in Malaybalay during the Kaamulan.  We had a great time.  Responses were positive.  That was long long time ago.  I wonder how are singing groups of the younger generation fare along this time.  I bet they are using Euphonix Color when they go out for concerts.

I missed being in a group. That is why when I am alone at home, I sing. Aw even when there are a few people within hearing, I still sing. I don’t care what they think and say, I do it for the love of singing.
